We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our busy Commercial Property Department in our Coventry office on a permanent basis.

It is essential that you have previous experience in a fast-paced Commercial Property department.

Due to our head office location, it is preferable for candidates to hold a full UK Driving Licence and have their own transport.

Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook.

Previous experience in Commercial department is essential as we are looking for someone who can “hit the ground running” from day one, although full training will be given on our internal systems and procedures.

Your duties will include: –

To prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing.
file opening, closing and registrations
using Land Registry portal
dealing with clients in person and via telephone
taking messages
general office duties
ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements e.g., CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience.

You will be working for a Mechanical and Electrical contractor that has been operating for over 20 years, that work with a range of different clients which involve large-scale public and private sector projects. They focus on providing more sustainable solutions for their clients which include a key focus on heat pumps.Your new role
You will be working as a project planner. Your will act as the intermediate between the various teams (Design, Project delivery). In this you will ensure that updates are communicated effectively between each teams, monitor and track that progress is being made in line with right timescales.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to come from a construction background working in a similar role, it preferable if you come from a mechanical or electrical industry - but this is not essential. You will need great organisational skills.
What you'll get in return
Salary from Circa. £35,000 to £50,000, 21 days annual leave and the opportunity to work hybrid.
