Responsible for quantity take-offs and Cost Control functions for project.
Subcontracts management.
Preparation of monthly progress claims for work completed.
Tracking of Subcontractors/ Suppliers obligations required as per agreement.
Administering variations to subcontractors and suppliers.
Preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
Identification and pricing of variations to the Contract.
Assist in preparation of monthly commercial report.
Maintaining registers of variations, extension of time claims.
Liaising effectively with site engineers and supervisors to ensure all relevant information in relation to variations. and extension of time claims is captured.
Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a quantity surveyor
Able to work 6 days work week.
