Exciting Opportunity to join Frameworks Property & Development Team.
Your main role will be:
To ensure Framework’s property stock, (Residential and Office Accommodation), is kept in good order, compliant with legislation and fit for the net zero future.
Carrying out Stock Condition Surveys and entering data onto the software system.
Drawing up specifications, tendering and supervising Planned Maintenance jobs.
Looking for and securing leased properties from the open market.
