Our client is a UK specialist Construction, Facilities Management & Civil Engineering company. They provide services across sectors from new build to refurbishment along with supplying building solutions to commercial units such as hospitals, retailers, universities etc.
What will I be doing?
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on one of many Healthcare projects based in either Shrewsbury, Stafford, or Stoke.
Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:
- Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required
- Cost reporting.
- Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.
- Sub-contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, order placement.
- Sub-contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract.

Am I right for the role?
- At least 5 years' Post Grad experience.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor
- Previous Healthcare project experience (ideally)
