You Have:

• 5+ years of experience working in a technical field with a focus on software development and modernization efforts, including forward-leaning technology such as cloud, automation platforms, enterprise data, and open-source tech stacks
• 5+ years of experience integrating disparate technologies, programs, and architectures into cohesive technical solutions to military clients in the Indo-Pacific
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering tailored presentations to clients that illustrate solutions to client problems

Summary:

The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for the overall design of an application or solution, mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements, and working as a team member along with Business Stakeholders, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Data Architects, and Security Architects to deliver a complete solution for the business.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on the solutions that they are responsible for

  • Outline Solutions Context and Intent

  • Understand the strengths and weaknesses of the entire solution

  • Know the relationships between components within the solution as well as with non-solution components

• Work with Product Owners to ensure safe and sustainable delivery of vision

  • Have visibility into the product roadmap and ensure technical pathways exist to implement solutions

  • Take ownership of architectural technical debt

    • Facilitate the creation of work items in the backlog

    • Advocate for prioritization of architectural technical debt

• Experience in breaking apart large monolithic solutions into microservices

• Deep knowledge and experience in using and applying API, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, and XML-based solutions

The Design Controls Process Engineer is accountable for influencing design control process activities for product development and product maintenance through the application of Quality engineering skills for medical devices. This person will support product development teams from product inception through product launch and maintenance and play an active role in the process ownership to ensure products meet quality standards consistent with both Corporate and business unit policies, while meeting all design control and other regulatory requirements.

This individual monitors internal and external regulatory observations and trends for hardware and software product development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Design Controls is effectively implemented across the MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Serves as subject matter authority on Design Controls for MMS business, particularly for the Infusion Solutions Platform

• Leads continuous process improvements and partners with SME’s on key initiatives

• Ensures consistent application of design controls activities across all elements of the Quality System (e.g. CAPA, Field Actions, etc)

• Identifies IT solutions necessary to support Design Controls and works with the IT Teams to implement system solutions across BD

• Defines metrics and measures for Design Controls

• 4+ years of experience with leading Agile and DevSecOps environments and applying full-stack IT modernization approaches, including application re-platforming and refactoring, and delivering systems for resilience, reliability, performance, and high availability
• ​4+ years of experience with continuous integration (CI) or continuous deployment (CD) pipelines in public or hybrid cloud environments using technologies, including Jenkins, GitLab, Apache Subversion, Ansible, Puppet, and AWS Cloud Forms
