Education

POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be a Senior Technical Lead within the TISC (Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain) architecture team supporting the CPS (Commercial Product Supply) and NAOU (North America Operating Unit) organizations through ensuring all technology delivered meets standards to drive supply chain transformation initiatives. What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• 7 years of experience in information technology; covering design, development, and integration demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical matters to non-technical individuals.
• 5 years of application development and configuration for business-critical applications; configuring, debugging, and systems integration including forms, reports, underlying logic, databases, and interface components as a developer.
• 2 years of software integration experience with applications, data, and infrastructure involving cloud platforms

Job Title: Interior Design Drafter

Reports To: Senior Designer / Design Manager

Job Overview:

The Interior Design Drafter is responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by interior designers and project managers. This role involves translating design concepts into precise CAD drawings, ensuring all plans comply with local building codes and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models as needed.

• Collaborate with designers to convert concepts into functional layouts.

• Develop joinery and furniture design details with accurate specifications.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate with project teams, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

• Revise drawings based on feedback and changes to project requirements.

3. Compliance and Standards

• Ensure drawings meet building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all technical drawings.

4. Documentation

• Organize and maintain drawing archives for easy retrieval and reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and design requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards
• Assist in the checking of project documentation, including architectural reports, design reviews, and as-built drawings
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, third parties for the implementation of any design revision or modification for compliance to relevant code of practices
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensuring that all work is in compliance with approved architectural plans, specifications, and relevant building codes
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, materials, and samples submitted by contractors to ensure they align with design intent and project standards
• Liaise with the Design Manager, Consultant Architect and C&S engineers, construction teams, and other disciplines to resolve any architectural or design-related issues during construction
