- Have own transport (to drive to site and client meetings)
Responsibilities
- Client & Contractor Relations - To communicate with both parties for the entire duration of the project.
- Proposal Preparation - To produce mood board with Canva, preliminary layout with AutoCad, and detailed budgetary with Excel for potential leads.
- Design Conceptualization - To understand client's requirements and produce design concept with solutions to their problems.
- Drawings Creation - To prepare 3D visualizations and 2D construction drawings / or liaise with support team to prepare the drawings.
