Position Overview

The Senior/Graphic Designer is responsible for creative conceptualisation of marketing collaterals requested by all departments such as Sales & Catering, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa and Residences; assist with in-house photography and videography creation; updating and maintenance of photo library and videos as well as ad-hoc projects as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications. The invidividual will assist in the day-to-day administrative duties pertaining to the line of work, liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate production of collaterals, marketing materials, etc.

The Role

Deliver Design Output

• Support and assist the Marcom Director in maintaining a healthy relationship with internal and external guests
• Responsible for graphic design and direction, seeing all projects through from conceptualisation, design, production, completion and delivery (Sales & Marketing, F&B, Hotel, Spa & Residences).
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams from the property and corporate office on all creative projects

Talent Profile

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of design experience, preferably in a design or advertising agency or in-house creative/marketing department
2. Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications or a related field
3. Passionate creative designer with strong art skills. Knowledge of printing processes, specs, paper, colour, finishing is preferred

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
