Job Description
- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning
- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
- Site & project management from inception to handover
- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines
- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries
- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
Requirements
● Relevant Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
● Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a project executive role
● Good communication skills both oral and written.
● Able to work within deadlines with minimum supervision.
● Experience in professional lighting industry is a Plus.
● Strong communication and presentation skills with good negotiation and prospecting capabilities.
●Result-oriented and diligent.
● Proficient in MS Office.
●Job will require frequent travelling within Singapore
● Creative thinking, confident & positive working attitude
● Great sense of ownership and responsibility
● Self-motivated, good eye for details and well organized
●Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines
●Creative and have passion in Interior Design
●Self-motivated and sales target driven
●Responsible, proactive & good work attitude
● Able to work in a team and individually
● Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people
● Required language(s): English and other languages
● Training will be provided
