Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of application architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers
• Take full responsibility for the balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements within a significant area of the organization
• Support the establishment of policy and strategy for the selection of systems architecture components, and co-ordinates design activities, promoting the discipline to ensure consistency. Ensures that appropriate standards (corporate, industry, national and international) are adhered to
• Contribute to the creation and review of a systems capability strategy for responsible area to meet the strategic requirements of the business
• Develop models and plans to drive forward the strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance
• Take responsibility for investigative work to determine requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, data management, practices, procedures, organization and equipment
• Provide leadership and guidelines for responsible area to promote the development and exploitation of IT technologies for next generation practices in the complex capital equipment manufacturing business
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Digital and Data architect, Infrastructure architect and IT Security architect to identify synergies and dependencies in IT roadmap to avoid unnecessary reworks
• Drives the development and recruitment of application architecture and solution design competency and capability set that meets the company needs
• Analyse business processes; identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches, typically seeking to exploit technology components.
• Evaluates the financial, cultural, technological, organizational and environmental factors which must be addressed in the change programme
• Establishes client requirements for the implementation of significant changes in organizational mission, business functions and process, organizational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience including experience in leading fully cycle project roll-out with finance system
• Experience in implementing SAP S/4HANA and Anaplan
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset, capable of identifying and resolving complex technical challenges

Infrastructure Architect (IT)

Job Description:

• Perform OS upgrade and migration to new DC
• To perform monthly management tasks and Annual DR exercise.
• To identify system, database and network device tuning opportunities to improve both system and network performance and responsible to build user confidence in the system.
• Ensure Windows OS, Vmware, SQL Database, Backup and Antivirus applications are not vulnerable to meet security and compliance requirements.
• To perform Installation and configuration of monitoring solutions using IBM QRadar to ensure all the statistics are captured and responsible to provide continuous business operations to System owners.
• Responsible for all software applications upgrade and support.
• Responsible for network administration tasks like Router / Switch setting and configuration in SAPS and testing environment.
• Recovery and configuration of systems.
• To perform analysis on regular basis and proposing improvements for existing solution.
• To administer and maintain system database to ensure all the security policies are implemented.
• Work with agency security team to ensure all systems are secure and vulnerable free.
