• Develop and execute plans and processes, in collaboration with stakeholders, based on the policy and scheme design
• Create cross-agency and public communication content and materials, including stakeholders briefings, media releases, eDMs, webpages, FAQs,
• Administrative preparation of the public launch of the scheme
• Work with vendors as necessary
• Review and propose user-centric features to improve customer experience with the scheme’s webpages, notifications, FAQs, user

Requirements:
