Role Introduction...
As Senior Graphic Designer you'll work on every aspect of our creative outputs whilst helping mentor and coach the wider design team.
Some of the things you'll be working on...
- Digital content creation for web and social media: designing and managing assets for our website and social media channels including EDMs, social media content, web banners (static and animated)
- Lead and mentor an established team of talented mid level designers
- Delivering high-quality design for print collateral and our tri-annual print publications: The Local Project, The Commercial Project, The Local Marketplace
- Creating and managing documents and presentations for clients as well as internal use
- Working collaboratively with the wider design team to deliver outputs on time and to brief
Experience you'll need...
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer, ideally with a minimum of 2+ years operating at a senior level
- A motivated leadership style with a can-do attitude.
- Advanced skills across the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Intermediate knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma and Woodwing
- A strong portfolio of work across web, print and social media channels
- Previous experience in print publications highly regarded, as is knowledge or interest in architecture
