Job Scope

• You will be responsible for delivering unique, concise, and engaging long and short format videos for a variety of platforms—the company Social Media.
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the videos look professional and that they accurately present our products/services and align with our brand guidelines.
• In this role, you will be expected to oversee the production of video content for product launches, promotional events, social media campaigns, and similar marketing initiatives.
• Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
• Analyzing and following a script, screenplay or outline when performing edits
• Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voiceovers
• Adding graphics to enhance footage
• Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file 
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
• Working closely with Directors to present a final product that matches their vision 
• Making revisions to edits upon request

Office Location : Sri Petaling/Johore

Office Hour : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday) Off one day a week

要求：

• 經過驗證的圖形設計經驗。
• 擁有創意天賦、多才多藝、概念/視覺能力和原創性。
• 精通平面設計技能，擁有豐富的作品集。
• 能夠互動、溝通和表達想法。
• 最新的業界領先軟體和技術（In Design、Illustrator、Dreamweaver、Photoshop 等）。
• 在所有設計方面都非常精通。

Pixlr Group is on the lookout for an innovative Digital Design Intern ready to dive into diverse projects and enhance our digital landscape. This role involves creating captivating designs for everything from blogs to marketing materials, all while collaborating closely with our Creative Support team.

The Job:

• Produce quality design work and assist in the creation of an array of digital materials.
• Adhere to the brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Creative Support team to develop design concepts, and apply feedback to evolve the work.
• Be vocal in review/brainstorm sessions by showing confidence in the design decisions.
• Act as the production support to the Creative Support team.
• Assist with the preparation, designing, and creating art files for all offline and online marketing materials including blogs, SEO visuals and other related responsibilities as needed.
• Suggest fresh design styles and creative direction that suit users' need.
• Research competitors, trends, patterns, best practices, and template/elements inspiration to summarize as user insights.
• Maintain a full understanding of expected deadlines and visual preferences.

The Person:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in graphic design or a relevant field.
• Have prior experience in using graphic software.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team or independently.
• Possess a good working knowledge of contemporary design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex design ideas.
