SCHOOL SERV INDIA is seeking a talented and creative Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects for educational institutions. You will work closely with our senior architects to translate concepts and ideas into architectural drawings and plans. Responsibilities
- Assist in creating architectural designs, plans, and blueprints for educational projects.
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction techniques, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project construction runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the interior design team to ensure seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces.
- Assist in making site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design or engineering challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience must be with the design, planning and construction of educational/commercial/hospitality facilities or similar works.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
