The Team:

The Marketing team at NTTY X is a closely-knit community filled with creative individuals that are driven to provide marketing strategies and ideas for brands. The team covers areas including campaigns creation and management, consultancy, partnerships, research and analysis. The team is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing impactful market activities with meaningful content. Leveraging on both offline and online media, the team is responsible for data driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to ensure that the target audience is reached. Job Description:

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute marketing campaigns for brands including new launches, themed campaigns and ambassadors partnership
• Lead strategizing conversations, ideate and propose potential market activities
• Write meaningful and quality content marketing posts
• Engage and interact with data points, to derive meaningful conclusions
• Propose data-driven solutions based on analytical reports
• Work with the digital marketing team on various deliverables

The Team:

Our design team is filled with creative personalities that are always ready with ideas. The team is responsible for developing engaging and impactful designs that go beyond the aesthetics. Our design team produces a range of designs from collaterals to print media design as well as digital media design. Championing an agile culture, the team is often seen bouncing ideas off each other while strategizing.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Creative Team on creative projects
• Propose creative directions in ideation, execution & production phases
• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the Marketing team
• Develop and manage innovative graphic designs; update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
• Uphold visual communication & brand standards for the company & clients
• Manage creative timelines from concept to completion
• Create daily content
• Manage project workload and monitor deadlines and quality of layout, style & tone of all work produced
• Serve as a liaison between the marketing team, creative team and clients
• Spot and predict trends important to readers and creators in categories including f&b, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc

Requirements:

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills!
• Strong in Advertising Concepts (i.e. reasons for design applications], and Brand Collateral designs
• Able to manage between delivering quality work and respect project deadlines in place
• Experience in a creative role such as Creative Designer, or Digital Creative within a creative agency or in-house creative marketing team
• Portfolio focused on advertising
• Familiar with Adobe creative suite software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Knowledge on software such as After Effects & Blender are a plus
• Knowledge on WIX Web platforms are an advantage
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail along with good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

This internship will be for a minimum period of at least three months, from May to August (dependent on academic year).

This multi-disciplinary programme gives interns opportunities to develop their skills across a broad range of activities and gain valuable insights into an industry-level fashion association and its local and global initiatives, programmes, and resources. As part of the programme, interns will work in a specific department (estimate 75-80% of their time) and the opportunity to work with mentors of all SFC’s functional departments, from Industry Development, Sustainability, Events, Marketing, and Design Orchard (DORS).

Interns who successfully complete the programme will have experience with SFC on their CV, and a recommendation letter from the association. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals or students looking to gain holistic experience and explore their potential and suitability for a career in the fashion industry.

General Responsibilities

• Assist and support with programmes, initiatives and relevant events at SFC
• Assist in the preparation of documents, emails and presentation decks as necessary
• Maintain and manage physical and digital archive of all documents and collaterals relevant to department, including agreements and contracts
• Attend relevant workshops or events catered to your learning
• Observe the organisation’s code of conduct, policies and guidelines in accordance with a professional working environment

Departmental Responsibilities

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be an integral part of our design team, working closely with SFC’s marketing and events team. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of graphic design, allowing you to develop and enhance your skills while contributing to exciting projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the design team to create and execute visually stunning designs for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, web graphics, social media content, and branding assets.
• Assisting in the creation of compelling visual content that aligns with SFC’s branding guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Contributing to brainstorming and concept development for design projects.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Participating in the creative process from concept to completion.

Requirements

A. Educational Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course of any field.

B. Skills

• Fluent in English and possess good reading comprehension and professional writing skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and take initiative
• Strong communication, collaboration and organisation skills
• Experience or interest in the fashion and retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and preferably proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects).
