Office Clerk 

As an Office Clerk students will assist staff with planning and organizing work and communicating effectively, orally and in writing.

Duties may include drafting documents, presentations, research, and routine procedural processing, maintaining records, assisting with meeting facilitation and other administrative tasks. In this role students may also assist the office they are supporting by answering phones and greeting guests, employees and staff warmly. 

Students in the role may also address internal and external inquiries about the organization, help plan and organize office activities, perform data entry using Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Understand the requirements on product level and be able to derive requirements of different component based on available concepts.
• Understand cause effect relationship between component's design and its functions.
• Be able to use software (NX) to create 3D model of the design.
• Able to create drawing with understanding of tolerance, manufacturing ability, function and reliability.
• Support other activities in the development and series support process including documentation, testing, release and manage changes by collaborating with test engineer, developer and other designers.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you have a chance to learn & design including but not limited to the:

• Support Graphic/ Digital Design Materials.
• Support Marketing materials for Vietnam & Global market.
• Support in-house photography, filming & editing.

• As an Explorer: proactively immerse into life at KMS through learning & development activities, employee engagement events, and external branding programs (mainly as a supporter, sometimes as an audience) & get to know KMS people as well as its culture.
• As a Thinker: brainstorm ideas for communications campaigns and branding series related to internal communications and employer branding. 
• As a Writer: following the above concepts & key messages, compose branded content on different platforms such as email, Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram.
• As a Connector: collaborate with Design, Event and other related teams to deliver a complete artwork.
• As a Learner: be ready to learn, unlearn and relearn both domain knowledge, marketing skills, and your thinking.
• As an Inspirer: motivate your team and mentor with your inner flame for creativity and marketing.

• Perform design calculations with given requirements.
• Create, update 3D models and drawings of automotive components, assemblies.
• Document the design, including presentations, bill of materials and reports.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Motion Designer Intern to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. As a UI/UX Motion Designer Intern, you will:

• Work closely with our design team of 16 people to create and enhance mobile app graphic animation elements and animation elements for videos that align with our bank's branding and guidelines
• Enhance UI components and screens.

• A good understanding of motion techniques.
• Proficiency in After Effects.
• Good English speaking and written skills (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Figma or other designing tools.
• Basic experience and interest in UX design, UI design, user research, wire-framing, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design.
• Bonus points for knowledge of 3D software, such as C4D or Blender.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficient in English speaking and writing.

• Internship allowance: 6,000,000 VND (Gross) per month
• Good chance to work on exciting projects from our top digital banking products.

Key responsibilities:

As a Graphic Design Intern within our Branding & Communications department, you'll work under the guidance of a Senior Graphic Designer to handle designs for internal communications, corporate events, and external communications across online and offline channels. The wide range of projects you'll be involved in includes but is not limited to brand design, web design, email layout, video editing, motion design, and printing design.

• Mainly in charge of the designs for internal communications (event, email, newsletter, intranet, etc.), enabling the team to effectively reach out and communicate with target audiences.

• Support the design of employer branding and corporate branding materials in both print and digital platforms, requiring multimedia content to deliver information in a dynamic and engaging format.
• Support brand guardians with creating and crafting visual elements and layouts if needed; maintain graphic design for Brand Identity Guidebook and Corporate Template.
• Collaborate with other designers from different departments to support the corporate-level project if needed.
• Undertake other related tasks upon request from your line manager

• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere, or any editing tools you feel comfortable with. This is crucial as we have numerous projects requiring motion and video delivery at standard quality.
• Familiarity with marketing and communications materials.
