Our client, an established in the consumer Electronics industry, is seeking a passionate candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwards and customs brokers to facilitate and ensure timely delivery; update internal stakeholders and customers of delivery status and delays (if any)
• Coordinate and work closely with the central logistics department
• Work closely with the Logistics Manager, Customer Service team and 3PL providers to resolve any issues with orders
• Review transportation cost to keep working cost low
• Plan and monitor cycle count and stock take
• Ensure sales order management process and warehouse operations process are in compliance with system set up in the Business System
• Maintain and propose changes within the Business system to reflect current business needs
• Ensure company’s process are in compliance with all applicable Trade laws and regulations
• Update management in a timely manner of any potential issues
• Submit all applicable controlled goods shipment report to the government agencies when necessary
• Ensure Harmonized HS code in logistics and documentation
• Other duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain management/ Business/ Logistics or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP system will be advantageous

Prerequisites:

· 3 End to end greenfield implementation experience in S4 HANA is a must.

· Module experience mainy in SD MM with knowledge in WM, PP, PM, QM

· Must have done a Logistics SME/Solution Architect role previously.

Key Responsibilities

· You will be part of full project lifecycle experience including design, data, functional configuration, testing and post-go-live support experience

· Understand the project scope during the initial phase and be able to assign the right resources for the project.

· Oversee and manage logistics team member and be able to ensure quality assurance of the Logistic solution.

· Logistics SME will be responsible for resource management, solutions architecting, module solution design QA, and pre-sales activities.

· Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to resolve open design issues

· Identifies assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

· Configuration of SAP Logistics module to support scope implementation; document configuration

· You are to have a hands-on and in-depth Logistics technical knowledge of all aspects of SAP workflows – administration, configuration, design, development and customization

· Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support in SAP Logistics solutions and processes

· Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP Logistics solutions and processes

· Design metrics and reports to support operational and management reporting for SAP Logistics

· Oversee and review integration test scripts

· Ensure completion of unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing

Key Requirements:

· Must have at least 8 to 10 years of strong working experience in SAP Logistics area.

· A must to have at least 4-6 full life-cycles SAP SD MM module and project hands-on experience in business process redesign

· Must have SAP logistics experience with very strong technical and functional skill

· Must to have S4 HANA experience

· Experienced in supporting testing and data migration experience, as well as drafting of specification for reports, interface, enhancement, forms.
