Design/Marketing
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Director in the development of the overall marketing campaign and strategy (e.g., EDM / Menu / Posters / Banners / Sales Display)
• Assist in in-house printing of menus, cut and lamination
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager in managing the day-to-day handling of the company’s social media, websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
• Develop and brainstorm engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Creative copywriting content relevant to the food industry and proofread for marketing campaign and materials (social media ads and posts, brochures, press releases, etc.)
• Assist Marketing Manager photoshoots (travel down to each 13 respective brands to take pic or video)
• To manage and roll out multiple brand marketing content to meet deadline while maintaining high quality of work and professionalism.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks
• Awareness of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns is a plus
• Liaise with malls to extend and leverage company’s marketing platform when needed
• Ad hoc duties may be assigned
Administrative
• Reply to customers’ queries and complaints via phone, email or social media and coordinate with respective departments across 13 brands for investigation and service recovery
• Printing, cutting and laminating of in-house printed marketing and promotional materials (posters, menu, vouchers, signages, tent-cards, etc.)
• Assist respective departments of 13 brands if they require replacement of marketing and promotional materials (posters, menu, signages, order chits, etc.) in poor conditions or shortage of supply
• Oversee and schedule the production of all marketing and promotional materials (liaise with existing printers for reprinting jobs and source for quotations for new printing jobs)
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials and collaterals to respective departments and 13 brands
Requirements
• At least diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or polytechnic/university
• Minimum of at least 1 years of relevant job experience in Graphic Design
• Responsible, highly creative and passionate fresh graduate may apply
• Able to communicate and write in English fluently to liaise with vendors and do engaging copywriting
• Proficient in graphics software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress is a plus
• Knowledge of social media mechanics and web would be an asset
• Good understanding of print and ad production (preferred, but not essential)
