Reporting to the SAP Basis & PLM Technical Manager (under Infrastructure, Security, and Operations), the Senior IT Analyst is responsible for the operations of the SAP Basis services to deliver SAP projects, support the existing productive SAP applications, manage interfaces and 3rd party integrations and configurations, as well as take care of the tickets and issues from users to support their queries.
