A Complete project requires Design cum Maintenance Mansger to oversees handover of services and maintenance to client, including Administrative and Operation Duties.

- Familiar with MRT operation, process and Technical Knowledge

- Understand the Stationed Designed and update As-Built drawings following onsite actual rectification and adjustment.

- Managed a team of employee and ensure operational efficiency within workplace safety policy and standard.

- React shifty and handle complaint and feedback from client, stakeholder and operation team.

- Oversee rectification work usual done at wee hours, due to live station operation timing.

- Negotiate contract with external vendors on execution of work.

- Submit, update and complete overall project cost and budget for the entire project till defect liability period.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the logistics operations to achieve the operations key performance index and the required service standards.
• Develop operational performance, financial goals, and growth plans through effective solutions development.
• Defines roles and responsibilities, plans for the department's future needs and operations; counsels employees on performance
• Works collaboratively with client and departmental staff to assure operational effectiveness, adherence to policies and procedures and maximization of flow of all incoming and outgoing material.
• Supervises and develops staff and otherwise carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Ensuring information/knowledge resources can be readily accessed and easily retrieved
• Manages quality system and continuous process improvement within the facility.
• Defines requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements & customer expectations.
• Through Lean Warehousing System to implement and monitor improvement programs in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety and best practices across operations.
• Administers and communicates company policies.
• Regularly reviews performance expectations with leadership team. Providing expectations, performances planning, feedback to team members.
• Responsible for the training & development and performance discussions with staff.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations management providing
  overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions.
• Good working knowledge of the following operations areas – domestic distribution, ,
  warehouse management, inventory planning, , transportation management and
  logistics execution systems.
• Degree in, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience in the logistics field.
• Proven transportation /logistics / supply chain management knowledge
• Strategic thinking ability, proven implementation results
• Superior customer relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation experience with subcontractors, transporters, & vendors.
