Katrick Technologies are changing the future of renewable energy and as their new Engineering Leader you'll be set the challenge of taking their innovative Wind Panels to the next step of product development.
You won't be facing this challenge alone, you'll be leading a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable engineers and supported by a company that's committed to innovation, learning and collaboration.

What will make you successful in this role?
- You'll have a degree in Engineering or related field.
- You'll bring experience of product prototype and product development with you as well as a working knowledge of mechanical design.
- You'll be experienced in and motivated by team leadership, coaching and development.
- You'll enjoy bringing creativity and innovation to your work.
