The job is to come to our warehouse and use the orbital sander we have here to finish some pieces up to 800 grit. I expect the work to take around 6hrs.

2.1 Clinical and Managerial Provide a comprehensive psychology service as an integrated part of the Core Team/Project 10/10 Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, consultations and interventions to young people aged 18-25 y/o Alongside the Project 10/10 team and young people, work together to design and develop activities/opportunities in line with the overall aims of the project e.g. empowering young people to be part of the conversation regarding safety in their community. Alongside the Project 10/10 Operational Lead, manage the day to day safe running of the community drop-in space, taking a lead in particular on matters of clinical governance and safeguarding. Work closely with health, local authority, and VCS partners to consider the strategic development of Project 10/10 with regards to its effectiveness in supporting young people in the area. Work with partners and other relevant agencies in Camden (e.g. youth provisions, probation, police, MH teams) providing consultation, training, and teaching specific to making professional services more accessible to young people. Provide advice and support to network teams on the management of service users who have been stepped down from secondary care / intensive community mental health services Support GPs and practice staff in their management and treatment of service users through case discussions, joint consultations and bespoke training. Play a key role in implementing improved linkage between Core, Intensive and Young Peoples Services, including third sector partners and youth organisations. Work within the service to triage potential and new referrals sent to the team, providing consultation, information and advice to service users and partners as well as allocation of new work in the service to appropriate MDT colleagues. This includes signposting new referrals to and liaising as appropriate with other primary care services, IAPT, voluntary sector and secondary mental health services. Maintain effective communication with GP, primary care staff, service users and their carers; Provide clinical input, where necessary, to multi-disciplinary case conferencing around complex presentations being managed solely in primary care within the team and as part of the wider integrated health and care networks. Institutional Credit Management’s (“ICM”) objective is to provide an integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, monitoring and reporting for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise.  In-Business Quality Assurance is an integral part of the ICM organization. 

The ICM In-Business Quality Assurance function (QA) verifies that established standards and processes are followed and consistently applied. ICM Management uses the results of the quality assurance reviews to assess the quality of the group's policies, procedures, programs, and practices as relates to the management of wholesale credit risk. The results help management identify operational weaknesses, risks associated with the function, training needs, and process deficiencies.

The ICM Head of In-Business Quality Assurance reports results of Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs) providing feedback, insight, and observations on any deficiency and areas of improvement, engaging with the management of the respective business areas, Independent Risk, and critical partner stakeholders and regulators.

This role reports directly to the ICM In-Business QA, Function Head – Counterparty Credit Risk Horizontal process

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the function head on the discussions to define the Quality Assurance function and Reviews across ICM coverage universe
• Provide effective credible challenge during QARs to Business Region Heads and Portfolio Managers, as regards to memo and process quality to ensure that weaknesses in such processes are identified and escalated as appropriate
• Support in the establishment of processes that enable wholesale credit risks within Citi are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, consistent with the bank’s risk appetite and all policies and processes established within the risk governance framework
• Under the supervision of the ICM In-Business Quality Assurance – Financing and Securitisation QA Manager, support on the executing of the following:
  • Consistent and objective assessments during QARs
  • Subsequent follow-up on corrective actions that were raised during QARs            
  • Sustainability testing of corrective actions resulting from issues raised by Internal Audit or Regulators
  • Synthesize and prepare quarterly Quality Assurance Scorecard Reports to ICM business management that communicate and measure results and identify negative trends and potential solutions
• Support WCR IBQA function in the establishment of WCR IBQA policies, procedures, risk assessment and controls to drive effective QA coverage and standards
• Support In-Business QA Head of Financing and Securitization to stay abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news including regulatory findings.
• Support the Global Head of WCR IBQA on internal projects and initiatives
• Support ICM Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives
• Travel (less than 10%)

Knowledge/Experience:

Audit / Credit / Counterparty Credit / Quality Assurance:

• Demonstrable quality control / quality assurance experience, including relevant years in banking, credit risk management, internal audit, loan review or quality assurance review function at an investment or large commercial bank
• Solid understanding of risk management and control frameworks related to Counterparty Credit Risk management or another Financial Risk discipline
• Understanding of electronic trading and the risks thereon.
• Knowledge of underwriting standards for Banks, broker dealers, funds including hedge funds, investment advisors and pension funds, Insurance and public sector companies.
• Ability to understand complex counterparty credit product structures including derivatives and well-versed in securitisation and credit financing products as well as credit analysis, underwriting, legal documentation etc. Financing and funding solutions including TRS, CLOs, ABS, Municipal financing / Residential Financing and securitisation, Prime and Hedge fund financing etc.
• Insights over key counterparty credit risk themes such as Stress testing, Early warning indicators, Wrong way risk, exposure modelling including PFE, collateral (full understanding of ISDA / CSA protocols and complexities) and margining processes including key regulations (uncleared margin rules and IMM) and CVA.
• Strong background on core credit analysis for large corporate and finance industries to properly evaluate process and quality breaks within the quality assurance function
• Ideally, credit officer or analyst or operational credit risk background, with experience on day-to-day credit functions associated with analysts and risk approval.
• Good grasp of counterparty credit risk covered process, to evaluate findings within the Quality Assurance process, determine materiality, and partnering with in-line makers and checkers for ongoing improvement, problem detection, and sustainable remediation
• High awareness and adherence to the control environment including Quality Assurance and Quality Control

• Strategic orientation to ensure the ICM organization continues to be positioned as a thoughtful and proactive partner on driving best practices to support safety and soundness within ICM and Citi
