• Collaborating with the Communications and Engagement team to provide web and digital support and advice.
• Contributing strategically to web development and creative ideation sessions.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across the organization.
• Managing digital tools and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously monitoring and improving the website's health.
• Overseeing the digital agency and contractual obligations.
• Budget management to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• A strong technical understanding.
• The Senior Associate must possess a strategic mindset with a track record of achieving results.
• Expertise in user experience (UX) and effective management of third-party agencies.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, combined with a can-do attitude.
• Confidence in presenting solutions to colleagues at all levels, including the Executive Team and Board.
• Knowledge of accessibility compliance and the ability to ensure the site remains updated.
