Responsibilities
• Regular site visit and meeting with Architects/Owners/Clients/Contractor/Supplier on various stages of works
• Prepare quotation and coordinate
• Draw 3D modeling and rendering with Autocad and Sketchup.
• On-site measurements and calculate the type of material and amount needed
• Assist & support Manager on smooth running of day to day operation
• Develop strategic long range plans to achieve strategic objectives
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager/Management
Requirement
• Minimum diploma in Design or equivalent.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to multi-task and work in a team or independently.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only.
Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
