This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in administration to develop their skills.
As the Admin Lead in Women's Health, you will be responsible for leading on a number of key performance and operational criteria. You will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting demand and capacity, and ensuring patient access issues are identified and resolved promptly. You will provide leadership and operational management skills to support your administrative team, escalating to the Deputy Operational Services Manager (OSM) where appropriate.

The job involves day to day management of therapy caseloads, working closely with the MDT, and completing thorough assessment and treatment of a variety of patient groups. You will be required to support Band 7 staff in caseload management, leadership, and meetings, and have direct line management responsibility for junior staff and supervision of students, with vast opportunities for own professional learning and supporting others to learn.
In addition to the above we are excited to be trialling a Therapy Supported Discharge Scheme, which involves continuing care for patients from the hospital setting to the community, ensuring appropriate assessment and treatment for ongoing improvement of quality of life.
