The Role
As part of the Contracts Team, you will be responsible for keying in and processing a large volume of customer orders into Dynamics 365, ready for the Warehouse Team to pick and pack. Duties/Responsibilities
• Enter/process Contract customer phone / email / online orders into Dynamics 365
• Provide solutions to all customer calls / emails for special requests and queries
• Contact customers to advise of unavailable items and provide alternatives
• Process any amendments to picking slips to then generate invoices
• Assist with any other duties as per the Contracts Manager’s instructions
• Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
• Assisting with other various team/department orders

Skills/Competencies Required
• Have excellent phone manners
• Have experience in customer service, focusing on good outcomes for the customer
• Have experience in using computer systems, MS office, Outlook emails, Word and Excel
• Be proficient in the English language and have great writing, reading and speaking skills
