About the Role

Liaising with other clinical facing administrative staff in order to make outpatient appointments from Consultant and GP referrals especially in relation to peripheral clinics ensuring that all the appropriate paperwork is received in a timely and efficient manner. Provide a first point of contact for all levels of staff, patients and their relatives for the Clinical / Medical Teams. This will include advice and support to patients and their carers in relation to their appointments, treatment and diagnosis ensuring that at all times confidentiality and data protection are not breached.

A lady living in the Thurlaston area requires PA support.
Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm.
Saturday and Sunday 9am to 1pm.
Possibility of hours being split between 2 PA’s for right candidates.

PA duties: Encourage and assist where required with personal care, making sure client is wearing clean clothes, support with meals and drinks, general domestic duties, shopping and accessing the community.

PA will need a full clean driving license for this role and have business insurance. Any mileage incurred will be paid directly by client.

Relevant client diagnosis: Dementia. Risk of falls.

Client interests: Enjoys going for walks around the local area, loves animals, owns a cat.
