Band 2 Receptionist/ Clinic Co-ordinator
We are looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic individual, with a keen desire tojoin our busy team who pride themselves on delivering high standards of care to allof our patients.
Full time (37.5 hrs per week), permanent contract. The successful applicant should be experienced in general administration and have a good aptitude for working with various in-house computer systems.
Our clinic is open Monday – Friday, 7am to 6pm. The 7.5 hour shift pattern will reflect this.

You should be able to:
• Work well within a team, have excellent organisational skills, manage your own workload and time well, and be willing to be flexible in your approach to working hours.
• You should have excellent communication skills and a reassuring, calm approach when dealing with patients, relatives, members of staff and members of the public visiting our department.
• Although based in the Pre-Operative Assessment Clinic, you will be required to collect notes and documents from across the whole site.
