職責:
- 維護高階主管議程並協助規劃任命、董事會會議、會議等。
- 參加會議並做好會議記錄。
- 接聽和篩選電話並在適當的時候重定向它們。
- 處理所有發出或收到的信件(電子郵件、信件、包裹等)並確定其優先順序。
- 為高階主管人員安排差旅。
- 處理機密文件,確保其安全。
- 準備發票或財務報表並提供簿記協助。
- 監控辦公用品並與供應商談判條款,以確保最具成本效益的訂單。
- 維護電子和紙本記錄,確保資訊井然有序且易於存取。
- 根據指定進行研究並準備演示或報告。
要求:
- 擁有豐富擔任執行秘書或類似行政職務的經驗。
- MS Office 和「後台」軟體(例如 ERP)中的 Excel。
- 熟悉辦公室管理和基本會計程序以及相關行業的技術詞彙。
- 具有基本研究方法和報告技術的經驗。
- 較強的組織和時間管理能力。
- 優秀的溝通和談判能力。
- 誠信和保密。
