You will take ownership of sourcing software via the best procurement routes to ensure BSR Software is commercially competitive. As our sales admins are the first point of contact for our suppliers, you will have exposure to a vast portfolio of software vendors, where you will need to build rapport, negotiate and obtain key information needed to support account managers.

Your roles and responsibilities include;

- Acknowledging sourcing requests from sales

- Request pricing based on system data

- Request pricing based on new relationships

- Ensure new vendors have answered all sourcing questions

- Onboard new vendors with due diligence

- Create accurate SKUs

- Provide SKU and updates to sales within agreed SLAs

- Create client quotes

- Organise calls with vendors and Channel Director

- Maintain accurate data

- Flag duplicate opportunities to ensure consistent pricing

- Work with purchasing to maintain pricelist for key vendors

At BSR Software, you will be working towards the Business Admin Apprenticeship Level 3 over the duration of 18 months.

To provide reception support front of house meet and greet, giving basic information and dealing with drop-in enquiries in a courteous and appropriate manner. Referring clients to relevant staff/clinics, or taking messages as appropriate. Deal with telephone enquiries from health professionals, services users, service user families, carers and team members in an informed and sympathetic manner, taking into account mental/physical health needs, and cultural or language barriers. Taking and passing on messages promptly and taking action where necessary. To provide and receive complex and sensitive information using tact and diplomacy. To ensure that all relevant documentation is ready for patient admission/discharge. To act in accordance with the Service in processing new referrals. To create/accept referrals within the SystmOne (S1) platform and highlight for clinical triage. To assist with onward referrals to other teams. To monitor S1 wait lists and caseloads and assist with the allocation of patients and entering patient details into appropriate health care professionals diaries. To regularly access and monitor the generic email systems, responding to all queries or redirecting as appropriate. Maintain service line databases for record keeping, ensuring accurate reporting. To ensure results of blood tests, x-rays and other reports are filed accurately in S1 on a daily basis. Complete regular archiving of patient notes in line with trust policies and procedures. To act as Subject Access Coordinator for the service, attend required training, and follow the Trusts policies and procedures. To provide administration support for service line clinicians To undertake word processing tasks such as letters and memos, reports, notices, and e-mails, including via dictation software. To undertake the photocopying and distribution of documents, processing of correspondence and general clerical duties as required. To maintain and monitor stock as required and use set processes for ordering of goods/supplies. To have the ability to use the E-procurement system and raise any queries/issues when necessary. To support procurement processes for service line, including ordering, liaison, receipting, and invoice processing. To facilitate the booking and use of interpreting or transport services as required. To ensure specimens for testing are sent to the laboratory in a timely manner, and that patient results received are drawn to the attention of the appropriate member of the MDT for action, and subsequently filed in patient notes. To have a comprehensive understanding of computer software such as MS Office and to be the lead on using SystmOne To collate and present activity data for service and management meetings and for monthly and ad hoc statistical returns via Tableau or other. To assist with the training of new staff members and bank staff as and when necessary. To co-ordinate, monitor and record the mandatory training for the department ensuring that staff are reminded when training is due. To support service lead with Healthroster, including recording of annual leave, absence, or sickness, printing and distribution of rotas where necessary. To organise, attend and contribute to the departmental and service meetings, which may include room/venue booking, distribute agendas, take and distribute minutes, and action any decisions made by the team as appropriate. To support in the planning and arrangements for team away days, training sessions etc. To undertake ad hoc or specific project work as requested. To produce training packs, certificates, forms and presentations as requested by the clinicians/team lead. To support the maintenance of any of the teams clinical equipment as needed, including liaison with BCAS for yearly checks. To support the logging of complaints/compliments and incidents on Datix. Leaving Care Personal Advisor

About the Role

The Personal Advisor role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work in collaboration with qualified Social Workers to assess the needs of looked after young people preparing for adulthood and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of 18+ care leavers, which will involve specialising in work with defined young people, for example, but not limited to; challenging behaviour, mental health, young offenders and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people.
• Participate in the process of coordinating, preparing, implementing, monitoring and 6 monthly reviewing of Pathway Plans for all allocated young people.
• Fulfil the roles and responsibilities of a Personal Advisor as outlined in the local leaving care policy, procedures, and Local Offer.
• Develop close and effective working relationships with key agencies and partners to facilitate a coordinated multi-agency response to the identified needs of care leavers.
• Advocate on behalf of young people and encourage and empower them in exploring and making decisions to fulfil their potential.
• Offer practical assistance; supporting a young person to move their belongings, to help a young person buy essential items for their new accommodation using their Setting Up Home Allowance. To ensure a young person has the right access to eligible welfare benefits and other financial support they may be entitled to.
• Be part of a duty rota system and to work flexibly, including regular lone working and at times unsociable hours.
• Help organise and attend drop-ins and any relevant activities to engage young people.

• Experience of working with young people in a social care setting.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to young people leaving care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
