We are recruiting for a Clerical Radiology Department Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

This is a demanding but interesting role in a busy, friendly and hard working department. You will be expected to be experienced in dealing with the public and have accurate keyboard and data input skills. Some experience of office and/or reception work is required. Previous work in a hospital would be an advantage but is not essential.

Clerk of Works - Facilities Management - Stevenage - £45,000 plus excellent benefits.

Are you an experienced Clerk of Works with experience in the Building Services industry?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working for one of their prestigious clients' sites based in Stevenage.

Salary: £45,000 plus excellent benefits.

Role Responsibilities:

• Advise on any Continuous Improvement Plan opportunities for the contract.
• Works to be developed to meet all relevant British Standards and specific site rules and procedures.
• Support with H&S training delivered on site to ensure the needs of the learners are being met by quality and in date/relevant training modules.
• Conduct random Safety tours to ensure compliance.
• Be prepared to support permit issuers as required with any additional requirements required to meet statutory requirements on the contract.
• Be prepared to support at other contract sites as required by the New Works Manager.
• Take prompt action to correct any shortfalls which may be reported by either the client or from company quality audits.

The successful person:

• Knowledge of health and safety in a construction and facilities management environment
• NEBOSH Certificate required, working towards considered.
• Experience of working in a pharmaceutical environment an advantage
• Experience of permit to work systems.
• Experience in a client facing role and being able to manage and ensure compliance with client's processes and procedures

We are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Emergency Operations Admin.

You will support the area Local Operational Management Team with any administrative duties required on a day-to-day basis to run the Emergency Operational Ambulance Services within a given area or sector. You will proactively assist Operational Managers in any administrative functions that could release them further operational management time.
You will provide close support to the Local Operations Managers (LOMs) and the Local Area Manager at a station in the execution of any required administrative work.

You will be..

• Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and any other relevant duties, as requested including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints.
• Undertake secretarial and administrative duties, preparing documents with a high degree of accuracy, as required by the Emergency Operational Management Team, including confidential letters and reports.
• Facilitate the planning and release of staff to attend training programmes, ensuring the appropriate numbers of instructors and students are abstracted. Inform staff of the relevant information for any training courses such as location, date and time, and update records accordingly.
• Participate in formal meetings within the area; to take notes/minutes, prepare and distribute agendas, and any other relevant papers.

• Establish and maintain office systems both paper and electronic to a high standard.
• Produce planned reports such as sickness absence monitoring information, annual leave analysis, and control room sheets and other ad hoc reports, as required.

Successful candidates MUST have good IT skills, GRS and note taking in a previous role.
