Personal Trainer
Newbury FWC | Fitness | Permanent contract

£27,888.64 to £36,612.16 OTE per annum, depending on experience

As a Personal Trainer at our Newbury Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £36,612.16 OTE.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.

Pastoral and Personal Development TutorHours: Part time and full-time hours available
Salary: £24,653 to £25,775 FTE
Are you looking for a rewarding career in education?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastoral and Personal Development Tutor to work with students whilst on their main programme of study in designated time slots linked to the pastoral and personal development course specifications which have been written to support our students in understanding key social issues, career readiness and prepare for the world of work.
Skills we are looking for:
• A recognised coaching, teaching or assessing qualification.
• Literacy and Numeracy qualifications to at least level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience of working with young adults.
Responsibilities for the role:
• To deliver group awareness sessions to young people on a full-time study programme in line with the college pastoral and personal development course specifications.
• To support Programme Leaders in the monitoring and measurement of student attendance and progression within the personal development element of the programme.

If you are excited about the prospect of making a significant impact in our curriculum support team, we would love to hear from you.

• To provide administrative cover for the ward, and to perform general receptionist duties
• To provide clerical assistance to the senior sister and Matron.
• To process patient records on EPIC and liaise with ward staff to resolve any problems.
• Key tasks would be update EPIC and assisting with data collection for audits.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of general ward supplies, EROS requests and to ensure that the supplies are neatly arranged in cupboards.
• To provide a range of non-clinical duties

Managing reception desk as the ward receptionist:
• Welcoming patients and relatives to the ward and undertaking administration duties.
• Answering the ward telephones timely and relating information accurately.
• To answer telephone queries of a non clinical nature.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients on EPIC.
• Responsible for data entry.
• Act as the EPIC superuser for the ward.
• Maintain all the patient boards with the appropriate consultants names.
• Assist with the completion and collation of menus when required.
• Any other duties as requested.

Obtain, transmit and save information relating to the delivery of a care service:
• To ensure the admission and discharge book is updated daily and liaise with ward staff to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assisting with data collection as required for the purpose of audits as required.
• Assist the ward staff with collecting information for the friends and family and patients survey.
• Collect and deliver the ward post daily.
• Undertake administrative duties for Ward Manager and Matron, general typing – letters, references, documents, notices for the ward, photocopying etc.
• Carry out other duties required by the Matron commensurate with the grade
