Accounts Payable Clerk required in Ceredigion.

- Starting salary up to £25,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings.

Our client, a family-run multi-site car dealer group established across South West Wales, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Cardigan, Ceredigion.

Reporting to the Accountant and working as part of a friendly accounts team, your duties will include:

- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries

To be eligible you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Ceredigion and will need to hold recent or current experience working within a similar Accounts Payable Clerk. You will need to be IT literate and have a methodical and organised approach as well as being a team. Experience working in the motor industry or with the SAGE 50 accounting software system would be advantageous but is non-essential. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also required as this position may occasionally require you to travel between sites within our client's group.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person with a keen eye for detail to join our Rheumatology Administration Team, primarily based in the Infusion Clinic.


Acting as a first point of contact for patients attending the department you will be checking patients in for their infusions, dealing with associated queries and working amongst a team delivering a high level of customer service. You will ensure patients are booked for follow up infusions and ensure waiting list is up to date and reviewed daily.

The successful applicant should be proactive and have excellent communication, good IT skills, be able to use initiative, and prioritise workloads for themselves and others to accommodate changing demands within the team and Rheumatology Service.

They will have key working relationships with all members of the administrative and clinical teams including nursing and medical staff, allied health professionals and support workers. Respond is an integrated health service for refugees and people of all ages seeking asylum. This is an exciting role as you will be working onsite and in the community alongside the Respond team to provide healthcare for this group of patients.

This role forms a key part of the service as you will be responsible for all administrative elements of Respond. You will be required to have a level of knowledge to explain and guide your colleagues through the several complex administrative pathways we use as well as providing line management to a B4 Administration Coordinator. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Operations Manager to progress the strategy of the service.

We are currently operationalising the service, and the post-holder will provide valuable input into forging patient pathways, creating administration procedures, and developing service targets.

You will have to learn and practice several different administrative functions and to offer feedback and suggestions to improve the service, as well as supporting the team to do the same. • Coordinating care – the pathways for this service may be complicated, and this will require someone organised to ensure these patients receive great quality care.
