Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Select appropriate procedures to carry out tasks of an increasingly high-risk nature due to supporting Directors
• Maintain and provide a support service for Directors daily schedule, including forward planning of workload, diary management and co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork.
• Manage the diary to ensure that adequate opportunity is afforded for comfort breaks, responding to e mails, staff, emergencies, relay messages and commission work.
• Service meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining, and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes when requested/where necessary
• Provide information and practical, routine advice to internal customers by interpreting established procedures and applying best practice.
• Keep up to date with changes in policy/legislation/contractual requirements to ensure service delivery is effective and complies with appropriate regulations, quality standards and service level agreements.

As a Foundation Trust, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals are legally required to operate a Council of Governors, therefore we are seeking a dedicated individual to take on this important role to support Trust Governors. Some administrative support will also be provided to the Director of Corporate Affairs although this will not form the main requirements of the role.

As well as providing a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to Governors, you will be expected to co-ordinate attendance at events held by both the Trust and partner organisations. You will need to facilitate, support and co-ordinate the infrastructure required for the effective organisation of full meeting and events schedules required in support of the operational management function of the Trust Council of Governors.

Ensure efficient and effective administration of the Constabulary's fleet and the Fleet Management Tranman system.

• Efficient administration of the Fleet Management System, ensuring that comprehensive records for all Constabulary vehicles are accurately recorded and maintained.

• To run the fleet service scheduling as per agreed procedures and parameters, ensuring vehicles are serviced on time.
