Accounts Payable Clerk
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team at Porsche Centre Collingwood.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday offering a competitive salary and flexible working conditions available.
About you:
Previous experience in a full function accounts payable role
Intermediate Excel skills
Stong communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the drive to meet deadlines
High attention to detail
About the role:
Receives invoices and checks for purchase orders and forwards invoices to appropriate person for approval
Checks to ensure invoices are approved for payment
Checks invoices against purchase orders
Checks vendor statements and requests copies of missing invoices
Takes phone and email enquiries from suppliers
Prepares accounts payable electronic batch payments
Prints all
