• Perform administrative and medical document scanning in CPRS, utilizing CPRS, Imaging Capture, and Imaging Display to view documents.
• Review all incoming documents for patient identification to aid in timely input of scanned documents and assures compliance with documentation requirements including complete signature.
• Conduct quality assurance on 100% of all documentation readability, clarity and position.
• Input appropriate progress note and indexes documentation according to the medical specialty.

• Responsible for the monitoring of HAS functions performed by HAS and Non-HAS staff.
• Participates in data validation activities which include the analysis of resource allocation data, extracting workload and funding information, which impacts the hospital as well as those areas supported by HAS software (e.g., outpatient clinics, bed services, etc.)
• Develops and implements ongoing monitors relative to RPM data validation to ascertain the accuracy of data provided to VA Headquarters for allocation purposes.
• Presents findings of these monitors to management, service chiefs, physicians, and others who would benefit from this information.

As a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) TITLE 5, GS-0303-6, you will serve as the focal point for all administrative activities within the organization.

• Conduct research on a wide variety of complex administrative problems.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.
