We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admin Assistant who has a strong sense of initiative and excellent team working ability.
The main duties will involve, answering telephone calls, and responding to internal and external queries from different services, service users, carers, and other departments, including signposting to appropriate services, or individuals within the organisation. Avariety of tasks includingdata inputting, copying, scanning, filing, ordering of supplies, checking and coding of invoices, assisting senior management team in minute taking and being a flexible resource of support to the team to meet admin demands.

JOB PURPOSE:
• To provide admin services
• Answer telephone calls for DGS HTT and RR service in a professional and empathetic manner.
• To provide a strong level of customer service and patient care when assisting with queries.
• Provide admin support to the clinicians within the HTT.
• Admin audits to support appointment schedules, daily caseload lists.
• Supporting Roster management under supervision, checking staffing ratios, bookings.
• Minuting Meetings
• Room bookings, recruitment admin tasks
• Ordering of Stationary and other items as required via SBS (training provided)
• Using the patient record system Rio (training provided)

What is High Cost Area Allowance?
The High-Cost Area (HCA) allowance, also referred to as London Weighting is a payment made to employees who work in London and the surrounding areas.
As this post is based in Dartford, Gravesham or Swanley, the successful applicant will receive an additional payment each month.
5% of basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,192 per year and a maximum payment of £2,011 per year (the agreed annual amount will be divided into 12 equal amounts and paid monthly)
