Position Overview: Join our team as a Telemarketer and embark on an exciting journey connecting with influential personalities. In this role, you will research successful individuals in Indonesia and invite them to interview sessions with our dedicated editors to share their inspiring life stories. Your main responsibilities include researching personalities and extending interview invitations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to find prospective personality candidates based on the criteria and requirements set by British Publishing House.

- Approach prospective personalities through multi-channel communication platforms (via outbound calls, emails, chat, and social media).

- Schedule interview appointments (in-person or via video call) with personalities for our dedicated editors in the the CRM system.

- Utilize CRM software to update personality’s contact details and maintain interaction records between personalities, telemarketing, and editors in the system.

- Actively seek new opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.

- Collaborate closely with editors to achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

Qualifications:

- SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, marketing, or sales support.

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust - with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and sunny disposition.

Current DOL policy requires on-site work at least 5 days per pay period. The Human Resources Specialist (LER):

• Serves as an authoritative expert on all aspects of OST labor and employee relations (LER) programs to include adverse action proceedings, bargaining and contract management, and performance management, among others. Also provides consultation and guidance on other related programs such as reasonable accommodations, the prevention of harassment in the workplace, and suitability.
• Works in a confidential capacity and provides authoritative advice and guidance to top level political and career officials on a wide variety of sensitive and highly complex LER issues.
• Develops policy through research and analysis of law and regulations, evaluates proposed legislation and regulations, and formulates OST position and drafts policy and guidance on issues relating to program responsibilities such as LER, reasonable accommodations, and prevention of harassment.
• Serves as the OST representative in agency negotiations, discussions, working groups, and both formal and informal advisory forums to present, defend, and negotiate positions as a recognized representative of senior administrative management.
• Conducts administrative investigations which may include investigations conducted under the agency’s prevention of harassment policy framework. Drafts in-depth and analytical reports of investigation which will serve as the basis for management officials to make informed and effective decisions on administrative actions needed to resolve issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate for this position is a human resources professional with experience advising managers and senior leaders on complex labor and employee relations matters and who possesses strong research and analytical skills that can be applied when encountering non-routine issues/matters. The candidate must possess excellent communications skills (both verbally and in writing), which are leveraged to resolve conflicts, facilitate negotiations, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Courtroom Clerk will be expected to perform the following duties in a timely and competent manner, exercise sound and professional judgment, work independently and cooperatively, and communicate in a clear and courteous manner:

• Provides accurate case information and assistance in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manages courtroom operations to ensure that appropriate personnel and parties are present for proceedings and that the courtroom is ready prior to calling the judge into the courtroom; calls the courtroom to order as needed.
• Administers oaths to jurors, witnesses, and interpreters; takes notes and generates necessary paperwork in accordance with the rulings of the courts; inputs data as needed to ensure complete and accurate court records.
• Assists in the jury selection process, to include roll call of all jurors, recording number of strikes taken by each attorney, maintaining a list of all jurors selected, and communicating with the Juror Office, as required.
• Submits requests and ensures the presence of language access interpreters and court reporters as needed.
• Accurately maintains the official court record of court proceedings in a timely manner; prepares minutes, and records appearances of court participants.
• Receives, marks, maintains records and temporarily assumes custody of evidence and exhibits until returned to filer.
• Enters case dispositions, judgments, postponements, fines, and costs ordered by the judge into the court’s case management system.
• Prepares judicial orders, bench warrants, commitments, judgments, notices and other legal documents and forms as required, directed, or pursuant to the court’s ruling and provides copies to parties in compliance with the business processes and standard operating procedures.
• Acts as a primary liaison to the assigned judicial officer for purposes of conducting proceedings, provides technical assistance and serves as an administrative resource in the courtroom.
• Participates in training to ensure professional development and competency to provide services in all case types; assists in cross-training co-workers as needed or directed.
• Provides coverage for courtrooms and calendars in other divisions and offices as needed.

Background

Good administrative staff with excellent customer service skills are vital to the effective operation of the Courts, Tribunals and other offices within Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS). Most of the staff within HMCTS are employed in administrative roles. HMCTS embraces Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques to provide high standards of customer service

The key purpose of the role

Administrative Officers are assigned to teams to carry out a variety of general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system or provide support to other functions within HMCTS. Continuous improvement tools and techniques are used in HMCTS and so there will be opportunities to exercise discretion and initiative and continually seek to improve, within a framework of systems and processes (SOPS). Problem solving is carried out by reference to lean techniques (e.g. problem solving hubs) and comprehensive guidelines and instructions - complex or difficult issues are normally referred to or will involve a team leader or supervisor. In some positions, role holders will have regular contact with court / tribunal users, including members of the Judiciary and the legal profession. Administrative Officers work within a team with regular management support and are responsible for their own time, although there may be some opportunity to provide advice and carry out limited supervision of others.

Whilst the post holder will be allocated to a specific office base, there may be a need for flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis at other local HMCTS offices.

Working as part of a flexible team, the postholder will be expected to undertake a range of the functions and responsibilities specified. It is not intended that each post will be responsible for the full range of duties.

Job Description:

This is a brilliant opportunity for candidates to work as an admin officer on behalf of our client. East London Family Court as an Administrative Office to support the admin team by processing family work and data input, case creation, orders, court clerking, correspondence and any other family work task including general admin duties

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

• Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings
• Producing court/tribunal documents
• General photocopying and filing
• Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input
• Post opening and dispatch
• Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms, supporting training courses and other group

activities

• Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc

Drafting

• Standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and

instructions

Operations

• Clerking civil and family courts, tribunals and hearings, ensuring papers and materials are available and up to

date

• Assisting court users, supporting listing and rota management, checking files
• Contacting relevant parties, scheduling, serving court documents, executing a range of warrants, collecting

• Role holders may be required to cross check and validate work completed by colleagues

Collecting and Assembling Information

• For returns, results, accounts, statements, warrants, statistical analysis, reports etc
• Work may require interpretation of source materials, preparation of bundles, chasing
• Role holders will need to modify and adjust information and make decisions to allow work to be completed
• Role holders will need to collect and assemble information to prepare for and run the daily TIB meeting, as

required

Communicating with the Public, the Judiciary, other Court and Tribunal Users and Representatives of other Agencies and Organisations

• Communicate and work with the Judiciary, Magistracy, the Cluster Managers, Court staff, and other internal

and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers to collect information, check facts, communicate or

enforce judicial decisions, give advice on the completion of forms or court procedures etc and provide
