We have a current opportunity for a Personal Assistant on a permanent basis with a specialist Recruitment Agency to recruit for a Personal Assistant to support the Founder and the COO of the business. The position will be based in Glasgow and is full-time office based.
The salary for the role will be £30-£35k DOE and the individual is required to be self-sufficient and highly organised.
The main duties of the role are:
1. Calender & Schedule management - speaking with internal & external stakeholders.
2. Travel Arrangements- ensuring cost-effective and creating detailed itineraries.
3. Communication & Correspondence on behalf of executive team.
4. Meeting Support- preparations, agenda creation, document creation and minutes in some cases.
5. Event Support- on occasion there would be a requirement to attend an event after work that the Executive Team may be a part of.
6. Relationship Management - building positive relationships between stakeholders, clients, board members, senior leaders & employees.
There is a quarterly bonus involved in the role as well that can be discussed in more detail.
