Wixams Academy Sixth Form opened its doors to students in September 2022. As the academy expands to double, its size over the next 18 months and Sixth Form moves into its own building, we have need to expand the Sixth Form management team. Wixams Academy is looking to appoint an organised Sixth Form Study Supervisor and Administrative Assistant to manage the KS5 Silent Study Space and provide a comprehensive, efficient and professional administrative service to the Sixth Form team, including supporting the Sixth Form admissions and enrolment process. • Provide a consistent and robust administrative support on inpatient wards ensuring all standard clerking duties as documented in the ward clerk standard operating procedures are fulfilled.
• Work to the agreed KPIs for Trust ward clerks for the purpose of quality and performance monitored against key organisational objectives.
• Be able to prioritise their work load effectively to meet the demands of the role.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audio Typist (Cardiology)/ Cardiac Cath Suite Administrative Cover to join the Cardiology Service. The role will involve working within a friendly and welcoming multidisciplinary team.

1. Type clinical correspondence using the audio dictation system, according to clinical priority and chronological order in line with agreed standards of speed/accuracy.
2. To prioritise own workload appropriately, referring any service concerns to the Admin Lead in a timely manner.
3. To be proficient in the use of local Cardiology systems and Microsoft Office software including TOMCAT, Bighand, Medi-Viewer, Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.
4. To be able to concentrate in a multi-task environment and deal with frequent, unpredictable interruptions.
5. To provide general administrative support where required across the whole function of the administration/secretarial team.

2a. Cath Suite Administrative Cover
1. To receive patient queries via the telephone and liaise with appropriate staff to ensure query is resolved in a timely manner.
2. To undertake the scanning and uploading of relevant documents to Medi-Viewer following patient attendance to the unit.
3. Produce the agenda for patients to be discussed at the MDT with guidance from the lead consultant.
4. Ensure that all clinical information for these patients is available in preparation for the MDT.
5. Ensure post-MDT correspondence is sent to external and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
6. To liaise with the Radiology staff who manage the Image Exchange Portal to facilitate the migration of images to and from the Trust.
7. To be aware of NHS waiting time targets.
