3. To coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
4. To organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
5. To update office policies as needed
6. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned by Management
7. Schedule in-house and external events

9. To maintain fixed assets scheduling maintenance and services
10. To assist the Management in administrative tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

2. Must have at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1.      Answering phone call.

2.      Goods receiving, checking, labelling and update daily goods receive record. 

3.      Prepare Purchase Order, loan form, Delivery Order, etc.

4.      Liaise with the supplier for the latest ETA and direct delivery status.

6.      Arrange & monitor goods delivery by courier.

7.      Assist with stock take by quarterly. 

8.      Familiar in SQL system, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word.

9.      Other ad-hoc task as assigned.

Requirement

1. 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

2. Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
