Job Title - Administrator to the Leadership Team
Location - Maidenhead SL6

Role summary - The company is seeking an experienced Administrator to the Leadership Team to provide administrative support and undertake secretarial duties for the Leadership Team. The successful candidate will also provide safeguarding support as a Deputy Safeguarding Lead (training provided). Other responsibilities include leading on the client's social media presence, and supporting the organisation of events,
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a secretarial and administrative service to the Leadership Team.
- Maintain the Leadership Team members' diaries and arrange internal and external meetings.
- Undertake projects/tasks as required by the Leadership Team.
- Support the organisation of events.
- Take on Safeguarding duties as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Co-ordinate travel and hotel arrangements needed for work.
- Liaise on behalf of the client with external agencies, and other local businesses where needed.
- Type a variety of correspondence ensuring that documents are produced to the required standard and time scales.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system (paper or electronic) for the client's work.
- Undertake urgent photocopying for the Leadership Team.
- Deputise for the PA in her absence.
- Lead on the client's social media presence.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
- Sound communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter who has an organised approach.
- Understand that confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
- Able to take concise notes in meetings.
- Able to operate office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, etc.
- ICT literate and able to operate software (e.g. Word & Excel, and other software systems used by the company) at intermediate level.
- Must be methodical, precise, and conscientious in meeting deadlines.
