We are looking for a competent and caring individual who is flexible and interested in carrying out a diverse and rewarding role as a Personal assistant to the Executive team at our head office in Stockport. You will work proactively with the senior management team in order to task are completed to a high standard.
The successful post holder will have a proven experience in administration and preferably has some experience of the social care sector. You will be an excellent communicator verbally and in writing and have a high level of IT skill. You would be working within a busy and diverse head office team.
The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries. The post holder will be required to handle information of a confidential nature and must observe the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. The post holder will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with service users, staff and external stakeholders.
You will also form part of the Head office PA team. The spirit of the PA department is very much a team approach with a diverse and interesting workload. A high degree of flexibility will be required to deputise for colleagues in their absence and support with peaks in workload. Several of the PA also have specialise lead in areas of the business, which will be considered for this post as it develops. The role is progressive and diverse. Some evening working required to facilitate board of trustee sub committees, these are planned well in advance.
