We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Admin Assistant who has a strong sense of initiative and an excellent team working ability.
The main duties will be answering telephone calls, working on reception at front of house meeting and greeting clients for all services within the Britton House Hub.
You will provide admin support to the Community Mental Health Team by typing letters and support with booking appointments.
JOB PURPOSE:
• To provide reception services/meet and greet at Britton House for all services within the building.
• Answer telephone calls for Medway CMHT in a professional and empathetic manner.
• To provide a strong level of customer service and patient care when assisting with queries.
• Provide admin support to the Clinicians as staff within the CMHT.
• Open the referrals that come into CMHT.

• To provide reception services/meet and greet at Britton House for all services within the building.
• To provide a strong level of customer service when dealing with all patients, family, carers, external services and visitors at reception.
• Dealing with queries at reception from patients/family/visitors/general public.
· Booking clients in for their appointments upon arrival.
· Liaising with engineers and estates colleagues when arriving to complete building repairs/call outs.
• Assisting with room booking queries and booking rooms and managing the room booking system.
• Assist with admin tasks for the team
