Job Details:
- Organise and maintain leadership diaries, appointments and meetings, ensuring the Directors are well-prepared.
- Arrange travel, visas and accommodation, and occasionally travelling with the - Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Manage incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
- Devise and maintain office systems, including procurement and expenses.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
- Support event management, business communications and engagement activity.
Skills we would love you to have:
- Strong communication skills, written and verbally.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- You will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- You're organised and manage your time well.
- Hold good attention to detail, with the right levels of flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of discretional and confidentiality issues.
