What You’ll Get to Do:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant who has the ability to research and analyze business processes and recommend solutions or improvements. Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills are required.

The candidate must be a team player and be willing to do what is needed to get the job done. The candidate must also be articulate and be an enthusiastic self-starter.
Support includes:
- Manage senior management calendars, schedule in-person and online meetings, and coordinate acting designations
- Attend meetings to record meeting minutes for distribution
- Organize and file documents/records management
- Request IT-related or office/maintenance services
- Organize and update accountable property
- Maintain SharePoint team site
- Manage office supplies and replenish as needed
- Perform timekeeper administration in time and attendance system
- Process staff onboarding / separation procedures
- Update office spreadsheets (equipment, personnel, schedule, Time & Attendance, etc.)
- Arrange travel for office members (e.g., create authorizations/ book reservations/ prepare vouchers)
- Coordinate performance work plans and evaluations
- Prepare awards recommendation packages (integrity checks and awards forms)
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas of improvement
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years relevant experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to plan and execute work independently
- Exceptional client interaction skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
