Full Time Receptionist/ Admin Support based at RISE Wood End Health Centre, Coventry
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding of working on a busy reception to join our RISE ED admin team based at Wood End Health Centre, Coventry .
The post holder will play an important role supporting the RISE Team as you will be front of house greeting patients and visitors to the service and taking the telephone calls. You will also be providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the RISE admin team, clinicians and managers which will include making and rescheduling clinic appointments, electronic care records management and data inputting.

We will require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner. The role requires excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls as well as previous reception/office experience.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multi task, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team.
