Responsibilities :
· Supports an SME organisation by assisting in designing and implementing policies, planning, designing, implementing, monitoring and refining administrative and operational processes for various functions and projects across all departments – administration, accounting, sales, human resource, information technology, technical support, regulatory affairs and warehousing and logistics.
Job Duties :
· Develops and implements company-wide operational processes and procedures.
· Oversees compliance with internal procedures
· Accomplishes human results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; developing training and growth opportunities.
· Provides regulatory support by collating data and information from product owners, communicating with regulatory authorities, administering licence/certificate applications and renewals.
· Ensures compliance with regulatory authorities in all areas of operations
· Handles periodic audits by regulators such as the Health Science Authority.
· Develops and implements policies to ensure a healthy, safe and pleasant working environment for all
· Develops information technology policies and processes
· Develops and implements environmentally-friendly and socially-responsible policies
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
