As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, you will:

Be the point of contact for all routine and non-routine enquires facilitating communication and information flows, initiating and responding to correspondence and resolving enquires. Investigate and respond to complaints/incident forms as required taking action where necessary and reporting to line manager. Undertake Medical Secretarial Duties; Collation of papers for consultants in support of the preparation for meetings/presentation Organise clinic appointments and keep the EPRs updated. Attend triage meetings. Be a point of contact for patients and clinical staff in the arrangement of clinic appointments. Formatting/producing clinic letters or other correspondence produced by consultants and other psychology staff. Use of EPR systems, databases and computer packages where appropriate to initiate and maintain records and generate statistics for analytical purposes (i.e. Harris Flex). Filing of reports and data. Minutes of meetings. Participate in audits. Where necessary coordinate and organise cover for referrals or key clinics. Plan, organise and prioritise own work

If you enjoy helping people in a reception/ office-based environment, this could be the role for you. Candidates will need to be organised, able to solve problems and work to deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role as you will be the first point of contact for our visitors/patients either face to face or on the telephone.

The role is varied, requiring a person with good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure while providing a positive, responsive, and professional service on behalf of the team.

The main duties of the role will include –
• To provide efficient admin & clerical support to Adult Physical Health Services.
• To greet patients at reception
• Deal with telephone and face to face enquiries from patients, relatives, and service users.
• Input data into administration systems, so excellent keyboard skills are essential.

This role is for 37.5Hous per week, working Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00. The post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to undertake cross site working to cover annual leave/sickness to meet the needs of the service.

Wellbeing Personal Trainer

Leatherhead FWC | Fitness | Permanent | Full Time

From £26,732.16 up to £38,663.04 OTE depending on experience

As a Personal Trainer at our Leatherhead FWC, you're confident, outgoing and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or just recently qualified, it's important that you've achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're great at listening, understanding and explaining things.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

· Be confident about delivering a range of sessions and consultations

· Carry out high-quality inductions, Personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties

· Have the opportunity for further training from the in house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities

Salary is based on 40 hours a week, made up of 32 Hours gym floor with 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you will drop your gym floor hours to maximise your PT earning potential of up to £38,663.04 OTE.
