Job Description:

• Child Care Management System – check all attendances are submitted to get proper CCS
• Child Care Management System – check free kinder rebate entered correctly into each family account and compile report
• Child Care Management System – check pencilled bookings every week and compile report
• Child Care Management System – download Debt Report every week
• Child Care Management System – compile Debt Report every fortnight from the Debt Report
• Child Care Management System – check payment reports every day for insufficient funds cases and update management
• Child Care Management System – prepare group occupancy report
• Petty cash – compile and verify centres’ claim receipts from all centres.
• Invoices – compile invoices from all centres, verify all invoices date, amount, purpose, supporting documents, CM signature and remove duplicate invoices.

Requirement:
